This is me

My interest in food preparation dates back to my childhood: As long as I can remember I've been happiest in the kitchen.

I grew up in the shadow of the Andes where a passion for great food and wine was at the center of my upbringing.

Throughout my life I have studied the culinary arts and have shared the fruits of my talent with my family and friends.

Now I hope to bring this art, experience and joy to your table through my catering service or through one of my many cooking classes.
